Lauren Ash is very prim and proper. The Red Diary was billed to me as a book for fans of Fifty Shades of Grey and I was immediately turned off from reading it. Originally released in 2004 I do believe it has just been re-realised for Kindle.
To be concise, a mystery is slowly unravelled through three diaries. A fairly flimsy plot, but at least it made the novel entertaining.
