Such a tragic story. Renaming the baby Alexis, Gloria raised her as her own, providing her with unconditional love and nurturing. I'm 52 and just met my mother a year and a half ago. I liked this movie because it's based on a true story.
As questions mounted, Gloria was forced to tell Alexis the truth, that she was really Kamiyah Mobley and abducted as a baby. It doesn't matter that she gave the child a good life and gave her lots of love, she still stole her from her birth family.
The biological mother has every right to be angry and the kidnapper got what she deserved. Women like this now use the Family Court system to help men that don’t want their kids.
