They would not work with me to help fix the issue, and I would recommend using any other travel service you can possibly find before webjet. Webjet, nothing is clear with you, why cant; you just send out credit note stating flights will be honoured or refund if needed. Of course, when asked to point out this information specifically the sales assistant said there was no such instruction, and the site instead says that all enquiries need to be dealt with using the online form. Like so many call centres, the sole objective is to fob people off and not take concrete action to resolve complaints.
